DINGHY SAILING - WINDSURFING (Beginner to advanced ) - SURFING -
SEA-KAYAKING (Beginner sessions at Beadnell Bay and advanced trips to the
Fame Islands and further afield).

WHO CAN COME?
Everyone, and that includes you
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Surprisingly inexpensive. As a registered charity we keep our outlays to a minimum. Our policy is to rip off the other guy and pass the savings on to you. A full days activity for as little as £20 (as of 2001) per person and even less for groups.
DO I NEED TO BE FIT?
This varies depending on the activity you choose. If you have any ailments or twinges you are advised to seek the opinion of your GP; and have a quiet word with the Lead Instructor. Generally, the pace of each activity is suitable for all.
IS IT DANGEROUS?
There is, of course, some risk with all activities including shopping. By selecting a long established and regulated activity provider, you are unlikely to suffer anything worse than superficial bruises, cuts and abrasions. You are, of course, under absolutely no
compulsion to take part in an activity with which you are not confident or comfortable. Having said that, you may be disappointed with yourself if you gibber out.
Approved by the RYA, BCU and AALA.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Nothing fancy. A kit-list is available from the office for your chosen activity, although all specialist and safety equipment is provided.
